Bu s\u00fcrecin sonucu KAP arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lara duyurulacak ve s\u00fcrecin olumlu bir \u015fekilde sonu\u00e7lanmas\u0131 durumunda i\u015fletme \u015fartlar\u0131 kamuoyu ile payla\u015f\u0131lacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>USAK: <\/strong>\u015eirkety\u00f6netim kurulunun 12.10.2022 tarihinde alm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu karar do\u011frultusunda 3 adet pi\u015firme f\u0131r\u0131n\u0131n\u0131n so\u011futma i\u015flemi tamamlanarak kapat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>GESAN: <\/strong>23.08.2022 tarihinde Kamu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformu&#8217;nda yapm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fumuz bildirimde, \u015firketimiz y\u00fczde 70 ba\u011fl\u0131 ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Europower Enerji ve Otomasyon Tek.
